Wash your HydroJug before first use. All HydroJug water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to help preserve certain finishes, we recommend hand washing select designs. If you have questions, please reach out to our support team at service@thehydrojug.com.
For best care, clean both the bottle and lid regularly — especially after using drinks other than water. After washing, allow all parts to air dry separately, and keep the straw flipped open to encourage airflow.
If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water.
